Commissions:

Sorry, I have not done commissions for a very long time, and I shall not do them again. If you wish to have one of my pieces, you will have to wait until something I have completed is up for sale. I do apologize, but I learnt a long time ago that I am not cut out for commission work, nor do I have the time available to get something done for someone in a timely fashion anymore.

Policies:

Sales and new pieces are announced through MH$P and this blog.

Payment Methods:

Please be aware that all items are located in Australia.

Australian Customers:

Personal checks, Money Orders and Bank Transfer will be accepted from Australian customers. Checks should be made out to "Samantha Lloyd" and must clear your bank before a piece is shipped.

International/All Customers:

Payment through Paypal only. Payment must be cleared into my Paypal account before a piece is shipped.

I reserve the right to sell the piece to another person privately or re-offer a piece publicly if at least an initial payment is not received within six (6) business days, unless otherwise specified or prearranged with myself.

Time Payments:

Time payments may be negotiated prior to a sale on a case by case basis only. I may not be able to accept a request for time payments always, please remember this is a courtesy if I do.

* Time payments will not be offered for pieces less than $200.
* To hold a sales piece, an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the value is required within six (6) business days to hold the piece.
* The full balance is to be paid within 60 days of initial deposit being made.
* In the event of default in payments, the initial payments made will NOT be refunded. A piece will only be shipped when it is 100% paid in full (including shipping costs).

Shipping:

Australia Post will be used - which crosses over to USPS when the package reaches America, or your local postage service in other countries. International shipments will be declared on customs forms as merchandise with an accurate retail value. Taxes, tariffs or other associated fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Special shipping services, such as Express shipping are available for additional fees.

Shipping fees are calculated per sales piece, based on the size of the shipping container/box required, and weight of the packed box.

Insurance for purchased value will always be included in all my shipping charges at the purchaser's costs - I will not ship anything without insurance, period. I cannot guarantee the care that is taken of your package once it is in the hands of Australia Post/USPS/etc, which is why insurance is a must, as this will either cover a full refund, or refund you the price to have the piece fixed/repaired by the shipping company.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

There will be a five (5) day inspection period during which, if you are not completely satisfied with your piece, you will be able to return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges (return shipping must also be paid for by the purchaser, including insurance for the purchased amount).

The piece must be returned in good condition, packed with the same high level of care in packing and handling which it was given in shipment to you. Accompanying the returned piece, must be a written and signed statement explaining why you are not satisfied with the piece.

There is no offer of in-house repairs for my work.

Returns are void when the five (5) day inspection period has expired, or if the piece was altered, damaged by the buyer, customized, exhibited or shown, resold or if return shipping or handling caused loss or damage.

Copyright Notice:

You may not cast or reproduce any of my work in part or in whole (e.g. the casting of custom re-sculpts etc), or any future original sculptures I may produce. I provide to the purchaser a limited license to photograph the item of my work for the sole purpose of photo competitions, or promoting a sale of that work. Should any piece (custom or original sculpture) be sold blank and unpainted, custom paintwork is permitted on these pieces, as well as customization work (for any customization, this must be announced on any sales/promotional photo's/adverts) - you however, may not cast or remake it in part or whole. Once a piece that is painted is sold, no alterations are to be made to the finish-work of the piece.
